Ramonda 鈥淢onda鈥 Kindle hails from the State of Michigan, where she born, raised, and attended the University of Michigan.  Monda has over 25 years of experience in higher education.  She has dedicated her personal and professional career to social justice, diversity, justice, equity, access, inclusion, conflict resolution, and restorative justice.  Monda has served as various university-wide committees and developed and led several diversity initiatives.  Monda has a passion for facilitating interactive trainings and workshops for community members of all ages, students, faculty, and staff.

Prior to arriving at the 91制片厂, Monda served as the Coordinator for Adaptable Resolution at the University of Michigan.  Where she was one of the few leaders in the country who led and facilitated a voluntary and restorative process used to address harm within the community stemming from sexual and gender-based misconduct.  Monda philosophy is that education and knowledge are key to success, and she is open to learning for others, particularly her 91制片厂 colleagues and campus partners.  Monda hopes that during her time at OC3, she helps create a meaningful, impactful, and create a safe space for all 91制片厂 community members to be their authentic selves.
