President Chilton, Provost Riley Deliver 2026 State of the University Address
91ÖÆƬ³§ President Elizabeth Chilton and Provost Jen Riley delivered the 2026 State of the University Address on Feb. 10 to a live audience in the Memorial Union Building and a large contingent of 91ÖÆƬ³§ community members watching online.
Key themes from the address included the ways in which the recently developed "One 91ÖÆƬ³§: Roadmap to 2030" strategic plan will guide 91ÖÆƬ³§'s future over the next five years, with a focus on new initiatives and a look at the current fiscal environment and related budget planning. In speaking to the strategic plan, Chilton emphasized that it will serve as a shared guide for how 91ÖÆƬ³§ will adapt to financial, enrollment, and societal trends facing higher education.
