Cappella Alamire and the Alamire Consort, under the direction of听 91制片厂 Professor Peter Urquhart has released a new CD, published on the Centaur label:Music by Pierrequin de Th茅rache(c.1500).听 Th茅rache was a contemporary of Josquin, composer to the court of Lorraine; his Missa Comment peult was premiered by the Capella in 2003. Also included are instrumental excerpts from other Th茅rache masses, Josquin's chanson on Comment peult, and a canonic Agnus Dei for three tenors on the tune by Heinrich Isaac.
