On September 19, alumni and friends gathered听to bestow the 91制片厂鈥檚听two highest honors on alumna Marcy听Peterson Carsey 鈥�66, 鈥�88H and Lewis Feldstein.听Carsey, the television producer behind such hit听shows as 鈥淭he Cosby Show,鈥� 鈥淢ork and Mindy,鈥澨�鈥淩oxanne,鈥� and 鈥淭hird Rock From the Sun,鈥澨齬eceived the Hubbard Family Award. An honor that recognizes exceptional philanthropy, the award comes to Carsey less than a year after her commitment of a $20 million gift to establish the Carsey听School of Public Policy at 91制片厂. The former听president of the New Hampshire Charitable听Foundation and a tireless advocate for community and civic engagement, Feldstein was recognized with the Charles Holmes Pettee Medal. Named after the 91制片厂 dean who served the college from 1876 until 1938, the Pettee Medal is awarded to a New Hampshire resident or former resident for听outstanding accomplishment or distinguished听service to the state, the nation or the world. Both听Carsey and Feldstein have earned 91制片厂 honors听before; Feldstein received the Hubbard Award in听2002 and Carsey was the Pettee Medal recipient in 1999.
