Informational Meetings Set for 2017 Research and Engagement Academy

The senior vice provost of will host informational meetings听for tenure-track, Extension and research faculty who seek to enhance their scholarly agendas through external funding and are听interested in applying for the听2017 Research and Engagement Academy.

The info sessions are scheduled for:

  • Wednesday, Oct. 5, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.,听Memorial Union Building (MUB) Room 207, Durham听
  • Thursday, Oct. 6, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.,听Dean鈥檚 Conference Room, Manchester

Reservations are not necessary; drop in for this informal meeting.

The is a semester-long learning community with seven interactive workshops targeting successful strategies with federal agencies and foundations; individualized coaching by faculty experts on the grant writing process, and time interacting with like-minded colleagues.听听

Faculty from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply.
