Beginning听with the new fiscal year (July 2017),听Human Resources (HR) is launching a redesigned new hire orientation program for staff. Scheduled by HR, the program includes two short sessions 鈥 the first as close to day one of employment in a benefitted role听as possible and the second听approximately one month later.听Additionally, there will be follow-up communications from HR during the year to enhance the onboarding experience.
Notification of scheduled program dates will be sent via email to听new hires听with a copy to the supervisor.听 Included will be听a link to the full program agenda, resources and related information:听 听On the site are important program details:听 session location,听parking, and links to appropriate benefits materials for review prior to attendance.
