91ÖÆƬ³§ Dairy Bar

If you really are what you eat, then 91ÖÆƬ³§ student diners are in excellent shape. All four of the university’s restaurants — the three campus dining halls plus the Dairy Bar — have earned high honors from the Green Restaurant Association (GRA). 91ÖÆƬ³§ Hospitality Services earned the distinction thanks to its commitment to sustainable practices, with the Dairy Bar, Holloway Commons, Philbrook Hall and Stillings Hall each earning Three-Star Certified Green Restaurant designations.

GRA recognition does not come easily. Previously, two of 91ÖÆƬ³§â€™s four restaurants earned two-star designations. The three-star certifications reflect superior efforts in the areas of waste elimination, energy conservation, recycling, and sustainability practices that include local sourcing of food as well as composting.
