If getting a degree in biomedical science wasn鈥檛 enough work, Lyndsay Canwell 鈥�16 is not about to take time off. This summer she will intern with veterinary diagnostics laboratory IDEXX before beginning her master鈥檚 degree in the nursing program at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.

It isn鈥檛 surprising that she is pursuing a career helping people; her favorite experience at 91制片厂 was volunteering with Wildcat Friends.

鈥淎fter a long week of class, there was nothing better than going to hang out with such genuine and enthusiastic people,鈥� she says. 鈥淚 really hope to be able to stay in touch with the program as long as I am in the New England area.鈥�

If Canwell could give the Class of 2020 one bit of advice, it would be to get involved. 鈥淚t sounds clich茅, but these four years go by so fast,鈥� she says. 鈥淭he last thing you want to do is look back and wish you had done more.听You will never be in another situation in life where you live five minutes from all of your best friends and have access to the hundreds of programs and clubs we have at 91制片厂.听Take advantage of them while you can!鈥�
