WHAT: News conference to announce a new responsible drinking social marketing campaign in the city of Portsmouth, a collaboration between the Portsmouth Police Department, 91制片厂, and The Atom Group. Representatives from the Portsmouth Police Department, 91制片厂, The Atom Group, and the Downtown Hospitality Association will speak at the news conference.
