DURHAM, N.H. -- Author and essayist Caitlin Shetterly will read from her work and hold a Q&A session Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016, at 5 p.m. in the Memorial Union Building, Theatre I, at the 91制片厂, as part of the 91制片厂 Writers Series. The reading is free and open to the public.

Shetterly听is the author of听鈥淢odified: GMOs and the Threat to Our Food, Our Land, Our Future,鈥 鈥淢ade for You and Me, Going West, Going Broke, Finding Home鈥澨齛nd the bestselling听鈥淔ault Lines: Stories of Divorce.鈥 Her work has been featured in听The New York Times Magazine, Elle, and听Self,听and on Oprah.com and Medium.com, as well as on This American Life and various other public radio shows.听She lives with her family in Maine.

Shetterly is a writer of great versatility, blending humor and insights into memoir as well as rigorous reporting and personal exploration in her essays, articles, and most recent book on modified food.
