DURHAM, N.H.鈥擲muttynose Brewing Company and the 91制片厂 have partnered to brew an easy-drinking lager to support the university鈥檚 brewing science lab, which in turn supports NH鈥檚 growing brewing industry. 91制片厂 Wildcat Tracks will be distributed throughout the state in cans and on draft beginning this week.

鈥淭his collaboration with Smuttynose is a great example of our commitment to working with business and industry throughout the state,鈥 said Marc Sedam, managing director of 91制片厂Innovation. 鈥淲e were thrilled to working with Smuttynose again and look forward to an ongoing partnership that keeps Wildcat Tracks in the market year-round and as the first of many concepts.鈥

Wildcat Tracks relays 鈥渁 soft, juicy aroma with a balanced bite and subtle hop character.鈥 The recipe was developed by Smuttlabs head brewer Charlie Ireland and brewed by a team that included 91制片厂 alumnus and head brewer Dan Schubert.

鈥淲ith both 91制片厂 and Smuttynose being iconic New Hampshire establishments, we felt that we could create a product through a partnership that consumers would be excited about,鈥 said Smuttynose CEO Steve Kierstead.

The is both a fully equipped professional beverage manufacturing facility and one of the most advanced analytical beer chemistry labs in the state. It supports 91制片厂鈥檚 minor and provides beneficial beer testing services to New Hampshire brewers. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the beer will support the lab. 91制片厂 and Smuttynose encourage responsible drinking for those 21 years of age or older.
