For 2018, the annual Lean Summit has a new theme, "Times Are Changing," with a focus on transformation, innovation, measurement and engagement.听

The 91制片厂 Project Management Office (PMO) is partnering with the State of New Hampshire to host the summit at the Memorial Union Building on Friday, Oct. 26, from 9 a.m. 鈥� 4 p.m. The event will feature 23 speakers, a panel discussion, hands-on breakout sessions and examples of Lean Process Improvements as well as networking opportunities. Snacks will be provided, and lunch at Holloway Commons is available for $11 with preregistration.

"The summit is designed for expert and novice alike and is intended for those seeking to learn more about continuous process improvement," notes Paul DeMello of 91制片厂 PMO.
