The will be led by associate professor Kelly Kilcrease, Ph.D.,听who has taught business, business administration听and entrepreneurship at the collegiate level for more than two decades.听He uses听the classroom as a simulator for the real business world, encouraging students to understand how a theory works by applying it to real life scenarios.

Kilcrease and fellow business professor听Yvette Lazdowski received the 2020 Barbara D. Merino Award for Excellence in History Publication for their book, "Manchester's Shoe Industry," which explores the impact shoe production had on the economy of Manchester鈥攐nce affectionately called 鈥淪hoe City.鈥� Kilcrease has published numerous articles on small business development and business history. His achievements in teaching, scholarship听and service earned him 91制片厂 Manchester's Excellence in Teaching Award in 2012.
