Today, as professor of philosophy in the 91Ƭ College of Liberal Arts, deVries helps 91Ƭ students practice the philosopher’s skills of rational argumentation and critical analysis. This past fall, 91Ƭ recognized deVries with the 2014 Distinguished Professor award.
