Victoria Dutcher will become vice president of enrollment management at the 91制片厂, effective June 15, 2015. This is a new position reporting directly to the president responsible for undergraduate and graduate enrollment across all three 91制片厂 campuses. The admissions office, financial aid, the registrar鈥檚 office and institutional research will report to Dutcher.

Throughout her 25-year career in college and university enrollment Dutcher has worked with more than 100 institutions across the U.S. as well as two in Canada and two in Europe in strategic enrollment management. After establishing successful enrollment track records in full-time campus positions, she entered the consulting field 15 years ago, eventually becoming vice president of consulting services at Noel-Levitz and then president of Williams and Company.

Over the last 15 years as a consultant, Dutcher successfully led numerous enrollment efforts that reduced budget deficits, increased applicant pools and yield, and helped meet or exceed a variety of institutional goals. She has also served as the chief enrollment officer at several institutions during leadership transitions. Dutcher earned her bachelor of arts in marketing and management from Siena College and her MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
