We have received questions about the NEA鈥檚 message last week to 91制片厂 staff regarding employees鈥� right to organize and the governor鈥檚 letter confirming those rights. We听couldn鈥檛听agree more with the governor鈥檚 statements. Please see the university鈥檚 response to the governor鈥檚 letter below.听 听

Understanding your rights was the subject of a message I sent on听 September 7. Today is an excellent time to remind employees that while the NEA has the right to express its opinion about 91制片厂 employees organizing, 91制片厂 employees also have an equally important right to express their opinions not to organize.

An increasing number of 91制片厂 staff have expressed that they would like to听know more about what they can do to express their position on this matter. We are committed to ensuring that all opinions about organizing are heard.听
