Beginning听with the new fiscal year (July 2017),听Human Resources (HR) is launching a redesigned new hire orientation program for staff.

Scheduled by HR, the program includes two short sessions 鈥 the first as close to day one of employment in a benefitted role听as possible and the second听approximately one month later.听Additionally, there will be follow-up communications from HR during the year to enhance the onboarding experience.

  • Session 1: Getting Started @91制片厂 鈥撎齢eld every Monday in the MUB, 3.5 hours:听 8:30 a.m. 鈥 noon.听Provides key/timely information on benefits enrollment, policies, parking, ID, etc. 鈥 those important topics one needs to know quickly when starting employment.
  • Session 2: Discover YOUR 91制片厂 鈥撎齢eld monthly on a Tuesday in Holloway Commons Dining Hall: 11:30 a.m. -2 p.m.听 Yes, lunch will be provided! Plus a number of key individuals will听present information to help expand the new employee's knowledge of 91制片厂, our culture and brand, and to听increase awareness听of the opportunities and responsibilities that come with joining our community.

Notification of scheduled program dates will be sent via email to听new hires听with a copy to the supervisor.听 Included will be听a link to the full program agenda, resources and related information:听 听On the site are important program details:听 session location,听parking, and links to appropriate benefits materials for review prior to attendance.
