The University has a full range of programs and services to support an individual impacted by sexual violence鈥攚hich includes sexual harassment, sexual assault, unwanted sexual contact, sexual misconduct, domestic violence, relationship abuse, dating violence, and stalking (including cyber-stalking).
Civil Rights & Equity Office
The Civil Rights & Equity Office is responsible for the oversight of the University鈥檚 compliance with federal and state laws related to the following: affirmative action, equal employment opportunities and preventing and responding to discrimination or harassment on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, race, national origin, color, age, religion, veteran status, genetic information, or pregnancy. It is also responsible for campus initiatives aimed at creating a diverse, welcoming and equitable campus.
In addition, the Title IX Coordinator for 91制片厂 is responsible for overseeing the investigation of Title IX related complaints (discrimination on the basis of sex, sexual harassment and sexual violence) and overseeing training for investigators and employees on their responsibilities under Title IX.
The Title IX Coordinator also considers requests for interim measures in Title IX cases, and works with impacted parties, faculty, staff and others on deciding whether interim protective measures should be granted in a sexual violence matter.
