The previous Center for Excellence and Innovation in Teaching and Learning strove to promote the highest quality of student learning by providing full-time faculty, part-time faculty, and teaching graduate students with the resources they needed to implement in their classrooms the best practices in college teaching.
The Center services included:
- voluntary and strictly confidential consultation with individual teachers;
- workshops and courses on effective teaching;
- collaborations with other campus units interested in program development and review;
- assisting individuals and academic units interested in designing and implementing student learning outcomes assessment initiatives; and
- conducting and disseminating research on the teaching/learning process.

The teaching/learning process, embodied in the creation, transmission, and application of knowledge, is the keystone of our university. It represents the 91ÖÆÆ¬³§â€™s central mission.
1. Expand Academic Excellence –

Ó˦&²Ô²ú²õ±è;Collaborate with and mutually support professionals from academic offices across the wider 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ community to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of teaching and learning and other professional services for faculty, staff, and graduate students at 91ÖÆÆ¬³§.
