Knowledge, skills, and approaches to successfully lead and enhance the climate in an academic organization.
Partnering with other 91制片厂 offices, Educational Excellence & Effectiveness will be offering faculty development program to build the knowledge, skills, and abilities of academic leaders in Spring 2025. These programs will be focused on Center/Institute/Program directors and other academic leaders to establish a vision, build relationships and enhance the climate in an academic organization. Participants attend all three sessions.
