Director of Leadership Giving
College of Liberal Arts
The Director of Leadership Giving, College of Liberal Arts (COLA) works to fundraise at the leadership giving level ($25,000 - $99,999) on behalf of COLA. The incumbent will focus primarily on managing a portfolio of prospects capable of making philanthropic contributions in this range from COLA constituents to support the priorities set by the Dean of COLA. In addition to partnering with leadership and stakeholders across COLA, they will also collaborate with many colleagues across the Development team and University Advancement. Beyond personal outreach and interactions, they will coordinate strategic communications, events, and other initiatives as needed to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, engage and steward prospects to motivate them toward leadership level giving.

Over recent years we鈥檝e completely shifted our thinking on annual giving, and we鈥檝e become more sophisticated in the 鈥渨hy, how, when鈥 of communicating. We鈥檝e placed annual giving officers on the front lines, engaged the entire campus in fundraising, and made significant impacts on every part of the university. It has been the highlight of my career to lead such a talented group of professionals, and there is STILL much more to do as we take our program to higher levels in this campaign.

I鈥檓 enjoying working with my development colleagues in new ways and collaborating with faculty members and others across campus to seek private foundation support for 91制片厂鈥檚 distinctive research and programs. And of course, one of the great rewards of working at 91制片厂 is the opportunity to be enrolled in a degree program while receiving the tuition benefit.
