Basic Needs

Services: Provides housing, food and financial support to students in need.

  • Housing: The Inn Between is available to 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ students to pay for housing during Thanksgiving, Spring Break and January Term. 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ also provides emergency support for students experiencing emergency housing loss.
  • Food: Swipe it Forward is a program for 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ students who are challenged by food insecurity to confidentially request and receive meal swipes in the dining halls or as a Meal to Go. The Cats’ Cupboard is a free food pantry in MUB for students.
  • Money: The Student Emergency Financial Assistance Fund (SEFA) provides 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ students who are unable to meet essential expenses due to a temporary or unexpected hardship with short-term financial assistance once per academic year.
  • Laptop Loaner program.
