The Molecular & Cellular Phenotyping Core provides advanced instrumentation, technical expertise, and collaborative support to drive cutting‑edge biomedical and bioengineering research at the 91ÖÆƬ³§. The goal of the Data Science Core (DSC) is to integrate bioinformatics, statistics, and data science resources across 91ÖÆƬ³§, and the state of New Hampshire through our NH-INBRE partners to build capacity in Data Science by providing access to the expertise, infrastructure, and training necessary for modern research.

The DSC is a Service Center with mechanisms for both collaborative and fee-for-service models and will work with investigators to find a solution that fits their needs and budget.

The University Instrumentation Center (UIC) provides state‑of‑the‑art analytical, imaging, and biophysical instrumentation that supports a wide range of biomedical and engineering research at 91ÖÆƬ³§. CIBBR partners with the UIC to strengthen the Molecular & Cellular Phenotyping Core, combining UIC’s advanced facilities with CIBBR’s scientific leadership to enhance molecular, cellular, and bioanalytics capabilities. This partnership expands access to cutting‑edge technologies and infrastructure, enabling 91ÖÆƬ³§ researchers to conduct high‑quality, multidisciplinary biomedical research.

The Hubbard Center for Genome Studies (HCGS) provides advanced genomics expertise and infrastructure, supporting research in areas such as single‑cell genomics, bioinformatics, and genome‑scale analysis. CIBBR partners with HCGS to strengthen campus‑wide genomic research capacity, integrating HCGS’s high‑throughput sequencing and data analytics resources with CIBBR’s biomedical research programs. Together, this partnership expands 91ÖÆƬ³§â€™s ability to pursue multidisciplinary, genome‑driven discoveries that advance human health.

The Animal Resources Office (ARO) provides assistance to project directors in every phase of animal activity. The ARO promotes a cooperative and open relationship among researchers, administration, and regulatory bodies.

The ARO:

• Provides technical support, consultation, and training for faculty, staff and students using or caring for animals at 91ÖÆƬ³§,
• Provides veterinary services for animals used or cared for by 91ÖÆƬ³§ faculty, staff and students,
• Assists 91ÖÆƬ³§ project directors with the development of protocols for animal use, and
• Oversees 91ÖÆƬ³§ animal facilities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and University standards.
