Wildcats in the World: Johnathan Lemitelamy 鈥19 at Citizen Schools

Johnathan Lemitelamy 鈥19听took a course at 91制片厂 Manchester while he was still a student at Manchester Central High School, and ultimately decided it was where he wanted to go to college. Now a senior in the听, Lemitelamy is bringing his skills to life in Boston through an internship at Citizen Schools, a nonprofit organization that partners with middle schools to expand the learning day for children in low-income communities.

Two kids, a full-time job and day-to-day living-- Sunitha Raghurajan's plate was full. But she wanted more. So, when she had a chance to get her Masters of Science in Information Technology from the 91制片厂, she took a deep breath, said so long to sleep and took a leap of faith toward her new adventure.

And now, as she prepares to walk across the stage as the first graduate from 91制片厂 Manchester with an MS in Information Technology, her plate, in the best way, is fuller than ever.

Wildcats in the World: Kara Kelly-Martin 鈥19 in ASL/English Interpreting Field Experience

Kara Kelly-Martin 鈥19 began her 91制片厂 career in Durham, focusing on communication sciences and disorders with a focus on Deaf and hard-of-hearing studies. She then moved to Boston to work with Deaf and Deafblind community members in accessibility-related and educational settings. This experience, she said, this experience inspired her to further her education in American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation.

Politics & Society听major听Meredith Howe听spent an exciting fall semester in southeastern Europe through Peace and Conflict Studies in the Balkans, a journalism program offered by the School for International Training (SIT).听Though based in Belgrade, Serbia, Howe had the opportunity to travel throughout the area鈥擪osovo, Bosnia and beyond鈥 to soak in the sights and sounds of life in this post-conflict region.
