A division of the 91制片厂 Police Department, the 91制片厂 -Communications Center is staffed 24 hours a day, by six full-time professional Emergency Communication Specialists. All full-time dispatchers are State Police Online Telecommunications System Certified and receive a variety of in house and specialized training annually.

After normal business hours, the 91制片厂 Police -Support Services Division is reached by contacting the dispatch center.
At any given time, the Center may be handling structure fires, motor vehicle accidents, domestic disturbances, and/or medical assistance requests. Communications Specialists may also be fielding routine calls such as key services, motorist assist requests and animal complaints, and are required to prioritize all types of calls for service in a timely manner.
