Request an Educational Program

Before requesting a program, we encourage you to browse our list program descriptions as well as our already scheduled events. We welcome your group/organization to join us for any of our events. If you are a large group, please consider letting us know so that we can plan accordingly.

  • Please complete the form below to request a program.  
  • Any person or group in the 91制片厂 community may request education programs from 91制片厂 Health & Wellness. If you are not part of the 91制片厂 community, you can still request a program and it will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 
  • We require two-weeks notice for all program, party and kit requests and ask that you provide at least two dates and times for the program to occur.
  • If you have not received a reply in 72 hours or you have questions, please call 603-862-3823 or send us an email.
