WILDCATS FOR RECOVERY-WEEKLY PEER SUPPORT 

Considering making changes around your use of alcohol or other drugs?  Is FOMO getting in the way? Perhaps you are simply sober curious or a Wildcat already in recovery seeking to connect with others on the path. This peer driven drop-in group welcomes all students interested in planning social meetups and engaging in activities that enrich and expand your college experience beyond the usual.

MINDFUL CHOICES

If you choose to consume alcohol, learn how to reduce risks for harm to your body, your brain, your peers, your reputation, and academic performance.  This class is particularly helpful to any student in the psychology, social work, or other human services field who wants to take a deeper dive into understanding harm reduction, neuroscience and addiction.
