Youth Program Event Registration
University units sponsoring an activity (or collaborating with external groups) with minor participants (under age 18; non-91制片厂 students), are strongly encouraged to complete the . This includes activities on and off campus, in-person and remote learning. This allows the Youth Programs Office to work with units to ensure minors protection safeguards are in place.
91制片厂 Policy and Procedures for the Protection of Minors
The 91制片厂 is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for minors who participate in University programs and activities that occur on and off campus. To that end, in May, 2014, the University adopted a Policy and accompanying Procedures for the Protection of Minors with an update in 2017. The policy and procedures seek to protect program participants who are minors and to provide guidance to University faculty, staff, and students who provide programming to minors.
Key aspects of the Policy and Procedures are:
- Requirements for staff/volunteers interacting with minors to undergo a criminal background check
- Staff requirements for completion of an online Protection of Minors training
- NH State Law responsibility for the reporting of suspected abuse or neglect of a minor

All 91制片厂 Youth Program managers must understand and comply with the
All faculty, staff, students, and volunteers who interact with youth are required to complete an online Protection of Minors training every three (3) years.
