If this were any other year, we wouldn鈥檛 be talking about plans to reopen 91制片厂 in the fall. It would never have closed. During any other summer, campus would be teeming with activity as a mix of students attended classes and sports camps and youth enrichment programs.

According to Carsey School Senior Demographer Ken Johnson, "Americans should expect more discussions about race in rural regions"听as nonwhite听populations continue to grow there through domestic migration. Similiarly, Black Lives Matter protests and related movements will expectedly increase in presence in rural America as well, influenced by the growth in nonwhite resident populations听in these areas.
